In the spirit of unity and collaboration, the Pasadena Tournament of Roses® and the Rose Bowl Institute are coming together to host Empowering Tomorrow, Today: A Youth Leadership Summit—a powerful gathering designed to uplift and equip the next generation.
This summit is a shared commitment to providing students with essential resources, education, and life skills to navigate today’s challenges. To show community solidarity and support, the event will offer critical resources to the youth directly impacted by the Easton Fire disaster.
By uniting their youth empowerment programs, the Rose Bowl Institute and the Tournament of Roses® are creating something greater together. This Summit will feature a keynote speaker, panel discussion, and hands-on workshops covering financial literacy, life skills, and resilience-building. Additionally, Resource Row will connect students with local organizations and businesses offering guidance on mental health support, employment opportunities, internships, mentorship, community engagement, and more—ensuring that every young leader leaves empowered and equipped for the future.

The Pasadena Tournament of Roses® is a volunteer organization that hosts America’s New Year Celebration® with the Rose Parade® presented by Honda, the Rose Bowl Game® presented by Prudential and a variety of accompanying events. The Association’s 935 Members supply more than 80,000 volunteer hours, which will drive the success of the 137th Rose Parade, themed “The Magic in Teamwork,” on Thursday, January 1, 2026, followed by the 112th Rose Bowl Game presented by Prudential.
